We want you to love your LOXA experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got a simple returns process to keep things stress-free.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items and opened tattoo packs are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Send us a message through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
