We want you to love your LOXA experience. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and stress-free.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items and opened tattoo packs cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@loxa-tattoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for another style or collection, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
